Topline Heating and Air SMS Messaging Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Topline Heating and Air, you consent to receive conversational, informational, and service-related text messages from Topline Heating and Air. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling notices, service updates, billing notifications, account-related communications, and other business-related information.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and may not be available in all areas at all times. Topline Heating and Air reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate its SMS messaging service at any time without notice. Participation in the SMS messaging service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any other applicable website or service terms.

Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Rewards Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Topline Heating & Air Rewards Annual Membership program. By enrolling in the program, making payment, or continuing participation in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

100% of Rewards Payment Credited

As long as you remain an uninterrupted Rewards Member in good standing, 100% of your annual fees paid may be applied toward the cost of eligible purchases from Topline Heating & Air, including:

1.) Complete system replacement
2.) Complete system replacement with ductwork
3.) Partial system replacement with ductwork and insulation only replacement

50% of Rewards Payment Credited

Fifty percent of your annual fees paid may be applied toward the cost of eligible purchases from Topline Heating & Air, including:

1.) Partial system replacement
2.) Ductwork replacement
3.) Insulation only replacement

If you decide not to take advantage of any included membership benefit, including tune-ups, cleanings, inspections, priority scheduling, discounts, or other included features, those unused benefits have no monetary value, are not refundable, and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law.

Additional charges may apply for repairs, materials, parts, labor, after-hours services, specialty equipment, permit-related work, code-related work, upgrades, or any other items not expressly included in the membership plan.

Any applicable membership credit or value has no cash value, is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law, and may only be applied to qualifying products or services offered directly by Topline Heating & Air.

Membership must remain current and in good standing for any applicable credit, benefit, or discount to apply. This may include eligible equipment, ductwork, insulation, radiant barrier, or other qualifying purchases made directly from Topline Heating & Air.

Automatic Renewal

This Rewards Annual Membership with Topline Heating & Air will automatically renew for successive one-year terms at the end of your current membership period unless you cancel before the renewal date or unless your membership is otherwise cancelled, terminated, suspended, or discontinued by you or by Topline Heating & Air.

By enrolling in the program and providing a valid payment method, you authorize Topline Heating & Air to charge the payment method on file for renewal charges, recurring membership charges, applicable taxes, and any other authorized charges associated with your membership, at the rates then in effect at the time of billing or renewal.

Topline Heating & Air may change membership pricing, billing dates, plan structure, included features, or program terms at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Any such changes may apply to new memberships, renewals, or continuing memberships.

You are responsible for keeping your contact and billing information current and accurate at all times, including your name, billing address, service address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, bank information, and any other relevant account details.

Membership Benefits

Your Rewards Annual Membership may include access to certain benefits made available by Topline Heating & Air from time to time, which may include priority scheduling, maintenance visits, inspections, tune-ups, cleanings, discounts, or other program features as determined by Topline Heating & Air.

Eligibility for any membership-related discount, pricing, scheduling preference, promotional offer, or credit may depend on the membership account being active, current, valid, and in good standing for a minimum period of time.

Included services, if any, must generally be scheduled and completed within the applicable membership term or season, if applicable. If you do not schedule or complete an included service within the applicable period, that service may be forfeited. Unused services, visits, or benefits expire at the end of the applicable term and have no monetary value.

Where seasonal services are included, those services are intended to be performed during the applicable season or service window. Failure to schedule or complete any included service during the applicable timeframe may result in forfeiture of that service for that term.

For heater-only systems or limited equipment types, membership benefits may differ. Included benefits may vary by equipment type, plan type, service location, or other account factors.

Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning

If your membership includes any tune-up, inspection, or professional cleaning service, such service is intended to provide routine maintenance or general service benefits only, subject to the scope of work determined at the time of service. These services do not guarantee continued performance, uninterrupted operation, code compliance, energy efficiency, equipment lifespan, repair prevention, or the discovery of every defect, condition, or issue.

Any maintenance, tune-up, or cleaning service is limited to the scope actually performed at the time of service. Additional repairs, diagnostics, parts, labor, cleaning, or corrective work may be recommended or required at additional cost.

Rewards Billing

The first monthly payment, if applicable, may be collected at the time of service, enrollment, or membership commencement. After that, monthly payments for your Annual Membership will be collected based on the date of commencement as a Rewards Member or according to the billing cycle then in effect.

Commencement dates of the 1st through the 15th may be billed on or around the 15th of the following month.

Commencement dates of the 16th through the 31st may be billed on or around the 30th of the following month.

Billing dates are approximate and may vary due to weekends, holidays, processor schedules, banking delays, or administrative adjustments. You authorize Topline Heating & Air and its payment processors to charge your payment method for all authorized recurring amounts due under the membership.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension, interruption, or termination of membership benefits. Topline Heating & Air reserves the right to retry failed payments and to collect any unpaid amounts using any payment method authorized by you and permitted by law.

Cancellation and Termination

You may request cancellation of your membership in accordance with the cancellation procedures established by Topline Heating & Air. Cancellation requests may need to be submitted before the next billing or renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation of membership may result in immediate loss of some or all membership benefits.

Topline Heating & Air reserves the right to suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate any membership or participation in the program at any time for nonpayment, abuse of program benefits, misuse, fraud, suspected fraud, inaccurate account information, safety concerns, repeated cancellations, refusal of recommended conditions for service access, or any other reason permitted by law.

If membership is cancelled, terminated, or allowed to lapse, any accumulated credits, benefits, discounts, or eligibility conditions associated with uninterrupted participation may be reduced, forfeited, or no longer available, to the extent permitted by law.

Service Availability and Limitations

All services are subject to technician availability, scheduling capacity, geographic service area, weather conditions, safe access, parts availability, manufacturer availability, supply chain limitations, business hours, and other operational factors. Membership does not guarantee appointment availability within any specific timeframe, same-day service, emergency response, parts availability, or completion by a certain date.

Topline Heating & Air reserves the right to determine the method, timing, scope, scheduling, and availability of services in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

No Transfer or Cash Value

Membership benefits, credits, discounts, and included services have no cash redemption value and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed except as expressly authorized by Topline Heating & Air or as otherwise required by law.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, insurance policy, or service contract beyond its stated scope. Membership is intended to provide access to certain program benefits, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable service documentation. Actual services, recommendations, pricing, products, and work scope may vary depending on site conditions, equipment conditions, applicable codes, and other circumstances.

Limitation of Program Scope

The Rewards Annual Membership is a membership program only. It does not by itself create an obligation for Topline Heating & Air to perform any particular repair, installation, replacement, upgrade, or other service unless separately agreed to in writing. Estimates, proposals, service recommendations, and project scopes are governed by the specific documents issued for those services.

Changes to Terms

Topline Heating & Air reserves the right to modify, revise, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions, the membership program, or any portion of the program at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Updated terms may become effective upon posting, delivery, renewal, or continued participation in the program, as applicable.

Privacy and Communications

By enrolling in the membership program or providing your contact information, you authorize Topline Heating & Air to contact you regarding your account, appointments, billing, membership benefits, service reminders, operational updates, and other business-related communications by phone, email, and text message, subject to applicable law, your preferences, and your opt-out rights.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any failure by Topline Heating & Air to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with such law.
